Louisiana Cajun Folk Artists With Their Roosters (Guime de Bataille)

Also the Cajun "Guime de Bataille" have been claimed by many Cajuns to be the best tasting in the traditional
chicken sausage and okra gumbo. It's no wonder we will hear "Put him in the gumbo!" or "Mis lui dans la chaudière".
